Stage
management

This is the sound and light management deck. It has several functions:

• applying the right light effects;

• controlling the music's broadcasting;

• making sure the show runs smoothly.

It's often elevated at the back of the hall, in front of the stage. Sometimes, it's inside an isolated cabin; sometimes, it's just a table among the step seats. Here at all times, it is where the sound and light managers, as well as the technical manager work. Sound and light managers who are at management are in contact with other technicians all along the show with walkie-talkies.
