When it comes to communication, CNN-Malandain Ballet Biarritz’s main objective is to promote its repertoire, tours, different activities, etc., to theatre directors and journalists, as well as to engage the audience to come to the shows.
To reach these goals, the communication manager must draw up and implement a communication plan that can combine different tools: posters, videos, press releases, advertising announcement… on different media depending on what suits best the objectives and the targets: social networks, press, television, radio, billboards…
They work in relation with communication agencies, graphic designers, video makers, press secretaries, photographers…

The story
“Sometimes, the organization of a show starts a short period of time before the actual performance date. And in that case, you need to act fast and implement all the communication plan in record time! That was the case for a show in the Arènes de Bayonne where we had to sell 5000 seats in a really short time.”
